Then there's the Hill Side Inn family, which recently bid farewell to Adidan Hiesey (HY-zee), when he ended his work on the new bypass and moved out to Phoenix.

    Excellent article about an excellent restaurant! I always stop in when I'm up there from Texas. Great family too...they all really make ya' feel at home. Thanks for a wonderful write up!
