Michael Jason Westcott, 42, Fort Madison, was arrested at 9:45 p.m. Wednesday, In Fort Madison, on a warrant charging him with contempt of court for failing to appear at proceedings. He was taken to the Lee County Jail.
Willie Mel Junior Heidelberg, 46, Keokuk, was arrested at 4:06 p.m. Wednesday, in Keokuk, on an arrest affidavit. He was served warrants charging him with third degree theft (property valued between $750 and $1,500) and with possessing a controlled substance (subsequent offense). Heidelberg was jailed.
