Samuel “Sam” E. Poe, 80, formerly of Keokuk, IA, died Thursday, Oct. 4, 2018 at Accordius Health at St. Mary in Davenport.
According to his wishes there will be no service or visitation. Burial will be at a later date in Morganton, GA.
The Vigen Memorial Home in Keokuk is assisting the family with arrangements.
